ATRO is actively supporting the Citizens Advice Bureau campaign to amend the provisions of Section 21 (Housing Act 1988) to prevent landlords evicting their tenants who have recently taken steps to enforce their statutory rights regarding disrepair or health and safety issues.
The CAB campaign is being led by Debbie Crew. In June 2007 Debbie published a report entitled "The tenant's dilemma - Warning you home is at risk if you dare complain". The full report can be found at www.seftoncab.org.uk
